Ziathlon LLP Overview
Our Site and App provide information about our sports medicine programs and allow you to sign up for further details regarding enrollment. Ziathlon Team and Client Responsibilities
Responsibilities of the Ziathlon Team:
- Collaborate with clients to set health goals
- Respond to client messages within 24 hours
- Develop and refine nutrition plans
- Monitor client health in coordination with Ziathlon Doctors
- Provide guidance and support on the Ziathlon Program
Responsibilities of Clients:
- Communicate regularly and honestly with their Ziathlon Coach
- Log biomarkers daily
- Maintain a positive mindset and commit to putting forth effort
- Take ownership of their success
- Actively participate in their own education
- Ensure personal safety and avoid initiating dietary changes without coach approval.
Termination
Ziathlon LLP may terminate access to the Services at any time. You may cancel your Account by emailing us at info@ziathlon.com. Certain provisions, including “Feedback,” “Privacy Policy,” and “Content Ownership,” will survive termination.
Warranty Disclaimers
The Services and Content are provided “as is” without any warranty. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Ziathlon LLP and its officers from any claims, disputes, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or Content.
Assumption of Risk and Indemnity
Using the Services involves the risk of injury or illness. By using the Services, you voluntarily accept this risk and agree that Ziathlon LLP is not liable for any resulting injury or damage.

Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Karnataka. Disputes will be settled through binding arbitration, except for small claims and IP Protection Actions. Both parties waive the right to a jury trial.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Ziathlon LLP and you. If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. Ziathlon LLP may freely assign these Terms. Notices will be provided via email or by posting on the Services.
Refunds and Cancellations
Subscription payments are non-refundable once the program has begun. You can transfer the remaining duration of the program to a qualified individual if you wish to discontinue.
