How do we help you?
Your recovery is assessed by attaching a Heart Rate Variability (HRV) monitor to your chest. The reading is taken after 6 minutes.
Once the recovery assessment is done, you will see the sports medicine doctor who will perform a quick medical screening to check if you have any health issues that may have resulted in an inadequate recovery.
You will be prescribed recovery methods to accelerate your recovery. This may include any of the below.
We use a specialized Heart Rate Variability (HRV) assessment tool to assess recovery.
There is no need to be in a fasting state to assess recovery.
Yes, you can exercise the day prior to assessment.
